Terms of Service

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using TablePilot (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of service

TablePilot is a software-as-a-service platform for restaurant operations and food costing, including recipe costing, reporting, menu engineering, checklists, inventory and operations audits. The Service is currently offered as a pilot/beta and may change as we continue to develop it.

Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be of legal age and authorized to use the Service on behalf of your business or clients.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ data;
  • interfere with, disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.

Customer data & ownership

You retain all ownership of the data you enter into TablePilot, including recipes, costs, sales and reports. You grant us a limited license to host, process and display that data solely to provide and improve the Service for you.

Availability & beta disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. As a pilot/beta product it may contain errors, change without notice, or experience downtime. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Fees & plans

The Service may be offered under one or more subscription plans. During the pilot period the Service may be provided free of charge. We will give reasonable notice before introducing or changing fees that apply to you.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TablePilot disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Calculations and reports are provided for informational purposes and you remain responsible for your own business decisions. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger zone. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to comply with law. On termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date and version above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
